Did you know that Sunday, August 26, the first day of the New Student Orientation Program (NSOP), also includes Convocation, an event where Columbia welcomes you and your family members to the Columbia community?

If you want to publicly thank your family for their support or share what you're looking forward to at Columbia, here’s your chance!

To celebrate the start of your undergraduate experience, we’ll be displaying a live social media feed at Convocation. Submit your text and/or photos by Monday, August 20 at 11:59 p.m. EDT for a chance to have them posted on our official accounts and featured at Convocation.

You can also use the hashtag #Roar2022 on your own posts from a public Twitter or Instagram account leading up to and during the event for a chance to have them displayed!
