Columbia Engineering Class Day is the school-specific ceremony in which graduates' names are read as they process across stage and they are professionally photographed. Tickets are not required, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Columbia Engineering will celebrate Class Day on Monday, May 14 at 12:30 p.m.

University Commencement celebrates graduates of all Columbia schools. Tickets are required for guests, and graduating Columbia Engineering seniors can request up to four (4) tickets. Students will receive more information after Spring Break about how to register for their tickets and distribute them to their guests. University Commencement will take place on Wednesday, May 16 at 10:30 a.m., with the academic procession beginning at 9:30 a.m.
To ensure you will continue receiving these emails, please confirm with your student that they have submitted their degree application to the registrar and that their degree application status in SSOL shows "submitted". We will be back in touch with information about accommodations, graduation announcements and more, so check in with your student and stay tuned!
