Student check-in on Sunday, August 30, takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. On Monday, August 31, check-in takes place from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. When registering for NSOP, you also indicated the time-block you plan to arrive. Please plan accordingly!

When you arrive, Public Safety will direct traffic to designated areas for the different residence halls. Movers and orientation staff will be available to help with unloading and will provide two large cardboard bins and dollies to assist in transporting belongings to your room.

There will be temporary unloading areas close to the residence halls. Once your car is unloaded, you may park at a nearby garage, but these will fill up quickly! See Columbia's Directions & Parking page and NYC.gov for resources.
