A friendly PSA on exchanging and selling/buying Commencement tickets:

Please exercise caution when exchanging tickets. Each has a unique QR code, and only the first guest arriving with a code will be allowed entry to the ceremony. If a ticket you received from another student has been duplicated, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and a copy is scanned before your guest arrives, entry will be denied.

The selling or buying of University Commencement tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets hold no official resale value and are solely for the purpose of allowing the guests of graduating students to attend Commencement.

(We like you a lot, but we don't like it when you sell your tickets!)

Postcard showing misfortune of name mispronunciation

Don't Be "Adele Dazeem"

Name mispronunciations happen, but we do our best to avoid this. If you think our staff might have difficulty reading your name aloud at Class Day or you want them to omit a name or include a nickname or suffix, help us out by completing our pronunciation form.

The more effort you put into reading through the form, the better the results will be. Want to talk it through with someone? Staff will be on the Lerner ramps, available to help at the following times: 4/29, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. & 4/30, 2:00–6:00 p.m.
