All students must confirm automatic enrollment in the Basic level of the Columbia Student Medical Insurance Plan, upgrade to the Comprehensive level, or request a waiver from automatic enrollment by September 30, 2013.

Your University ID card is your passport to Columbia. It grants you access to your residence hall, the library, and other secure campus facilities. To get your ID card, you will need to submit a photo online. You will receive your University ID card upon arrival to campus.
