Class Day Check-in

Check-in will take place in Roone Arledge Auditorium in Lerner Hall beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, May 20.

Before you arrive at check-in, make sure you are:

1. Dressed for the weather. The ceremony takes place rain or shine under the tent.

2. Carrying or wearing your regalia. All processing graduates must wear academic regalia.

3. Not holding any unnecessary items. There will not be storage or security for your belongings.

Class Day Guest Arrival

Seating will begin at 4:00 p.m. Guests should plan to queue up at the corner of 115th and Broadway for entry to South Lawns. Guests with disabilities should enter campus at 116th Street and Amsterdam and will queue up just inside the gates on College Walk.

Seniors must be completely out of their rooms by noon on Thursday, May 23. Late check-out fees ($150 for any portion of the first hour and $50 for each additional hour) and damage charges apply to seniors and will be posted to accounts. See how

Receiving Your Diploma

Diplomas may be picked up from academic departments following University Commencement on May 22 until 2:30 p.m. that day. Any diplomas that have not been picked up by this time will be returned to the Registrar’s Office and then mailed to the student’s diploma address in SSOL.
